Shipping & Delivery
For Belgrade: Product delivery is carried out within 1-3 business days from the date of order payment. The payment date is considered the time when funds for the product and delivery are received by the supplier (mypets_woofinery).
For other cities in Serbia: The delivery duration depends on the speed of Courier Service. Delivery to the transportation company’s branch is completed within 1-2 business days from the date of order payment. The exact delivery time to your address may vary based on the practices of the selected carrier.

The delivery date of your order may vary depending on the carrier’s delivery practices, delivery location, method, and the quantity of ordered items. Additionally, your order may be delivered in separate batches.

If any item in your order is unavailable, we will send you the available part of your order with your consent. The manager will inform you of the unavailability. When the unavailable item becomes available, we will send you the remaining part of your order.

Delivery Costs
The delivery cost of your order is non-refundable and depends on the weight, volume of the items, and your location.

Additional Taxes and Fees
Depending on your location and the size of your order, an additional delivery fee may apply. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including value-added tax, customs duties, and excise taxes.

If the items you ordered are damaged during delivery, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
